Ingredients
- 3–4 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
- Sea salt to taste
- White pepper, ground, to taste
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Add the balsamic glaze and medium-hot mustard to a small bowl.
- Press the garlic clove and add it to the mixture.
- Season with sea salt and ground white pepper.
- Slowly stir in the olive oil until a creamy, harmonious dressing is formed.
- Taste the dressing and, if necessary, refine with a little more balsamic glaze, salt, or pepper.
- Pour directly over a fresh side salad or let it sit for a short time so that the garlic and balsamic aromas blend even better. Mix well.
Tip: Balsamic glaze makes this dressing particularly well-rounded, slightly sweet, and pleasantly creamy. It goes perfectly with lettuce, tomatoes, arugula, lamb's lettuce, cucumber, mozzarella, or Mediterranean salads.
Tip: Garnished with edible flowers, it's a real eye-catcher on the set table.
Tip: This dressing can also be easily tried with our other types of vinegar.
Enjoy your meal with this quick balsamic dressing!
