Sicilian freshness, clear elegance

An olive oil that lets you taste its origin – green, vibrant, and unmistakably Sicilian.

Libèa is a single-varietal extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Tonda Iblea, a characteristic olive variety from southeastern Sicily. The olives come from the region around Palazzolo Acreide in the Iblean Mountains and are processed by the family-run Papelli olive mill in Avola, now in its fifth generation.

Libèa exhibits a harmonious green fruitiness with distinct notes of green tomato, tomato leaf, and freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is both intense and balanced: with subtle bitterness, a pleasantly peppery pungency, and a long, clean finish.
