Fine sea salt flakes meet organic Syrah, giving them their deep red to violet color and a subtle, fruity red wine note. A special finish for fine cuisine.

The organic Syrah from Castilla-La Mancha lends the Spanish Petalos de Sal fine aromas of dark berries and mature red wine. The result is a finishing salt that is delicious and adds a special accent to any dish.

Characteristic is the light, flaky structure: the salt blossoms can be crumbled by hand, are pleasantly crunchy, and dissolve gently on the tongue. It is best to add them to the finished dish just before serving—for example, on hearty meat or Mediterranean vegetables.
